In this portfolio, each competency is formatted into sections describing each of the steps in explaining the competencies. I began each competency with describing the requirements for the given competency. I labeled them for reference for the reader and myself so I could see how to define the competencies properly. I followed up with my interpretation of the competency and how each one related to my development during the program.

I provided my three pieces of evidence for each competency to emphasize how my development progressed. I then concluded each one with thoughts and the responsibility that I will have to assume not just as a record administrator but as an individual who will be responsible for sharing the new information developing in the 21st century. Like the medical field, there are always new research opportunities and developments in a profession that has nonstop information flowing through. I learned that from this program.
